ZoZo is coming.
I Am ZoZo is about five young people who play with a Ouija board and attract the attention of the malevolent Ouija demon ZoZo. The film is based on widely reported real experiences with this ancient and malevolent spirit that attaches itself to people exclusively through Ouija boards. Shot last Halloween on location on San Juan Island, WA, I Am ZoZo was filmed entirely on Super8mm.
My friend Lesley and i had weekend over my house we watched videos on youtube over the oujia board and we deicede to make our own with paper and so we did we had werid answer it was sunday around 5pm which it was in december and the last thing the oujia board told us was Mercy run then started counting out the numbers and then we rippied it up. later on that my friend went home and i was by self in my room and around 230 i felt something hold me down and my dad was in the same room but sleeping and so i finally got up and just went into the other room i didnt sleep in my room till 2 or 3 weeks after that had happened.
My friend Lesley still plays the oujia board and i dont i thinks its bad i will never touch it again
Dude i have encounted zozo it is not dangerous it made itself know by my entire house losing power i started to bleed furiously from my nose then something pushed me but i loved it i am still connecting with zozo but the thing id i havent gotton possesed yet
My husband and I speak with ZoZo a lot. We have never had anything bad happen. We are totally respectful to him. He has a sense of humor I think some take negative. We have seen and read were he has caused issues with others. He has told us that usually its those that are rude, taunt and mock him. He totally took over our board. If we ask him to allow us to speak to others, he will but only for a short time. When u encountered ZoZo did you speak to mama as well? She comes up a lot too. Zo states that Mama is his wife. Funny thing is that they came out with that movie MAMA. lol anyways, we have talked to ZoZo for 6months or so off and on. Like I said he never hurts us or causes things to happen in our home. We are very respectful though. I had never played with a board until this past year, I would have to say that they are truly. It does work.
I don’t think that any of you realize it is not good, it’s a demon. You should not respect it, but more fear it. It’s your choice but by loving a DEMON you are setting yourselves up for a disappointment. Because there is nothing respectful, or loving about a demon. That’s crazy. If you believe in demons you must believe in a devil. [Satan]. And if you believe in a devil then you must believe in a God. If you think demons [or Satan] are good then that would make God bad. Right? But since when has Satan EVER been good? And God bad?
Just bc a person beleives in Satan does not mean there is a god. Its not like you automatically have to beleive in a god if you think Satan is real. And besides that, we all have spirits, and our spirits after death can linger on not just go to a made up place religon wants us to beleive. I have spirits in my house, an Army Soilder whose wife left him after he was wounded and was so hurt by it he could never get rid of the pain even after death. And I have a big black aura with glowing blue/sometimes red eyes. I’ve been with em my whole life, my animals have seen em. They can not depart because bad things have happened to them and is causing them to not want to fully depart. If there is a heaven or a hell, then the nice spirits should be able to tell us, because spirits should be able to talk to one another and tell them? Only makes sence. And we should actually have proof of it and how its like, since apparently this bs board lets us talk to spirits. These stories don’t make sence. And a god damn board game you can make with paper letters and a baby bottle so the spirit can “communicate” with you, how can this be real. My spirit is a man, and actually knows how to talk and not be a puss. Besides that, if zozo and mama are ONE SINGLE DEMON, how are they everywhere at the same time somehow. What they split their soul like voldermart did or something? Bc thats possible let me tell you. It is all bullshit.
I once played ouija just my friend and I in our local sports complexes just before our soccer practice, and we reached the spirit of zozo. He hasn’t done any harm to us YET… Although during the practice we had a water break and I had left my water bottle in the room so I walked into the room and grabbed the bottle. But just as I was walking out, I heard my named being whispered in a very deep voice, then the lights flickered viciously for about 2seconds. It was the scariest experience that I had from the ouija board!!!!!
My friend and I started playing one night and we asked it our names and it spelled it out perfectly.Then we proceeded to ask what it’s name was.It gave a generic name like Greg and said he died a long time ago.Then we asked his age.It then spelled out something like 32.We asked if it was a good spirit and it said yes.But then moments later it started to spell out 666 multiple times it wouldn’t stop.So we asked it I thought you were a good spirit?And it said no.Then it proceeded to spell out Zozo going from z to o z to o back and forth on the board really fast.Then it started to do a sideways figure 8 on the board.I’m not sure what that means.Maybe the infinite sign?So we tried to close the game and say goodbye since we were kinda freaked out at this moment.But when we said goodbye and moved the planchette to goodbye,it kept going to no really fast.So we just closed the board and got rid of it.But weird things have been happening since we played with it.I have pictures with some entity in it with me. That really freaked me out.Definitely looks like something evil and has long black hair covering up most of his or her face.I will email you the pictures if you want.
I wanna see ur photo. I play and speak with ZoZo a lot he is from the moon and as long as you are respectful and do not taunt and mock him, he is cool with you. At first he freaked us out as well but its kinda like once you visit with him more the lighter the mood became for us. Hes very joking and likes to make us laugh. We joke with him too. That sounds…super..super creepy. I was thinking about doing and ouija board but I started looking up videos on youtube, and saw one about Zozo so I got curious. Now I’m not going to even touch one. The pictures do sound interesting though. Does Zozo show up in all of the one’s you have taken since the encounter?

Then we asked what it wanted, it spelled kill. Then we got really scared we said goodbye & closed it. Also did a sage rub around the house. I’ve been having horrible nightmares about killing my family before they kill me. Red river, dark shadows, cutting my throat and my head falling off scary dreams. Also I’ve had the worst luck since all this. I feel anxious and something heavily looming around me. My families always fighting and angry. I never heard the name zozo before, we just googled it tonight couldn’t believe what we found. Scary stuff
Ive done ouija board plenty of times but nothing bad really happened, when playing mke sure u play with caution, think of blue lights surrounding u n friends fr protection n dnt ask them to do smething such as turning lights on n such, because ur giving them powers and energy to make things happen…
Interesting looking movie, but if such horrible experiences with a ouija board has happened, why make a movie about it with a ouija board in it? That just attracts the demon more, you’re feeding him energy when always talking about him… just saying. If you don’t want to be attacked by something that will attack you then why do this too?

I first made a make shift just playing around and I couldnt believe that it had worked. We first contacted a spirit PETER. The first time was way cool, all was good and a nice mood. Weird things did happen when we called the spirits, my dogs freaked out and couldnt get into their kennels fast enough and the chimes out front began to make noise.(Note it wasnt windy that night and it just was weird the way the animals acted) I then got a few friends together one night and we were going to play. We were so excited about talking to PETER and how cool he was.(With a poster size make shift) A couple of friends had looked up online and found info about ZoZo. They were very scared before we even started playing. Once we got the board warmed and going ZoZo appeared for the first time. Everyone got crazy and upset because of what a few had read and sum were drinking. Candle wax was being spilled and emotions were flying. I think ZoZo feed off of that. He caused craziness that night just by having everyone yelling and arguing at ea other. My husband and I actually were to stay the night there that night but because of all the drama we decided to go home, thankful we did. We pulled up on someone trying to break in our home. After that we did not play with the board for awhile. I bought a Glow in the Dark Board and we decided to get it out, we called upon anyone that wanted to talk, we asked for PETER but Zo came instead. We began to talk to him and just began asking questions. We would say goodbye over and over. It would close but every time we tried to reopen and talk to anyone besides Zo, it wouldnt work. Only Zo. Zo controlled the board. He over powers all pretty much! Finally we gave in and began chatting with Zo. We asked about the night that he stirred up a mess at my friends house and about the person that was trying to break in. At this point the info he was giving me seemed to be very correct and I stayed a little scared of him for a while….He even asked me, ” R U SCARED” I replied, No, should I be? he’s reply was YES and I then asked how scared? He said very. Zo tries to scare people. After I got over it my husband and I continued to talk to him off and on. He became less aggressive with us and more easy to joke around with and just ask questions. HE told us that he went to hell because he had MURDERED. We asked him if u MURDER do u go straight to hell? He replied yes. HE said he isnt miserable there but he is there and that is why. We ve asked him to allow us to talk to PETER once again and he did, we asked him if PETER and him were the same and he said NO. PETER is actually from the Sun. When we did talk to PETER he did request that we promise not to speak ZoZo, because when u do that gave him enough power to take control again. We talk to Zo of and on still.We totally respect him, we believe he is real and that if u are disrespectful he will do something to you or cause you chaos in your life. I do think that your mind will mess with you bad IF U ALLOW IT TOO! Its a mental thing really. It will drive you crazy if you let it because u become so freaked out by what MIGHT happen or COULD happen. When I first did my research on ZO I totally freaked out and couldnt and wouldnt sleep in the dark for a couple of nights. I finally told myself if we were to keep playing I had to stop that and be more in control of my mind. Now, he jokes about sleeping on my husbands side of the bed and all kinda stuff. He likes to drink, he ll tell ya that. He likes to scare people, but can be pretty cool if your cool. We did ask him why he came to us and he spelled out my husbands name. (Note: before we ever tried it with our friends and met Zo, my husband kept joking and saying I wanna talk to someone from the moon.) So, I asked Zo if that was what he was talking about and he stated YES. I truly believe that the board and the entities are real. You should be very careful while using and always remember to say thank you for their time and CLOSE THE BOARD by saying goodbye! Also, I am totally against asking him or any to make them self know by touching me or anything. I can feel the power under my fingers, I do not need anymore proof! Plus things that I only know and others have asked and he has been able to tell us as a group and the info be true. I am not for sure if he can actually tell the future but he’s pretty accurate about the past, Satan knew the past but not the future, that’s why I wonder…..While speaking with ZoZo he allows us to speak to MAMA he says this is his wife….not sure if this is true but thats what he says. As anyone else been able to talk to her? She was a sister of a “good spirit” that refused to do bad, like murder. That’s what MAMA says shes in hell is for MURDER. So I take it if you dont want a one way ticket to hell….dont KILL. Just be careful….know its not just an 8 n up game sold at Wal mart. Its very real and if u are going to use, be respectful!
I played with a ouijia board for the first time when I was 10. I remember figure eights and the name zozo, but we had no clue what it ment because to us it looked like zozozozozozozo…, Whatever was in the board, it told me I would wet my bed, so I started laughing, then it said with blood. After it said that I took it outside to burn it, it burned a bluish green, and it sounded like it was hissing. The flames seemed to shape a face that I could never forget. since then ive been followed by something. Ive been in accidents where I shouldve died but I have nothing but scares. So this morning I looked up figure eights on a ouijia board, and this is the first ive heard of ZoZo. DO NOT PLAY WITH A OUIJIA BOARD. I can assure you it is not a joke. If ANYONE, can give me advice, id be very greatful..
zozo never makes me scared although the first time he came to me on the board my whole entire body got the chills. my friend told him to make a noise & he banged on the door a few times. not too aggressively though. he doesn’t really say much. he comes a lot on different boards we use but he always seems to speak in latin. i ask him if you can understand english then why respond in latin? confusing right? but the other day my friends played, i refused i just sat and watched. and zozo came to the board & took control of my friends hands, the planchett came off the board and started dragging their fingers into the flame of the candle. after that he began to touch my friends tits and pussy and touch all over her body (mind you the planchett is still attached to their fingers) he kept drawing circles on the bed. he didnt want to be on the board. my friend had a rosary on, and it was like a magnetic pull. it would go to the cross so fast it was crazy. after a few times. he BROKE the rosary. and my friends were being rude to him. he tried to touch me but i just said i didnt give you permission to touch me so please dont… and he left me alone. MAMA also came that night. a couple weeks ago i played & i got zaza who also wasnt speaking english. just be calm, dont feed them the energy they want, FEAR.
I stumbled upon this by accident. I was looking up “Ouija board”…and Google brought up Ouija board zozo, which startled me, because I never searched that myself. I used to talk with ZoZo on the Ouija board, my sister and I both did…and we thought it was a friendly spirit, a half sister we never met who died in a fire. We never knew ZoZo was anything but that. She described herself as blackened or dark. She wasn’t the age she was when she died but what she would be had she lived. We had strange phenomena happen while using the board. The pointer would go Z-O-Z-O over and over again. She seemed to LOVE doing this. We thought it was just something funny she made up. But we had warnings that seemed to come from her. She would point out “D-E-V-I-L” on the board. Another rogue spirit would come on unlike her. It would write fast and accurately. On the board, something came on that called us names – called my mom a bitch, my sister a whore, and me a brat. I asked who it thought it was. It spelled out G-O-D….to which I promptly threw the board down. But other strange things happened, some that scared me, others that entranced me. It would give signs, like flipping off a flashlight on its own, making a fire roar up, bending a candle flame…and most often, tossing pennies at me when I was alone. The pennies would land without bouncing, as if they were placed there rather than thrown. Once I became angry, and it hurled a bar of soap at me, which thankfully sailed right over my head. It also scratched me. In fact, I would get these scratches even years after I stopped using the board. I might have seen ZoZo once, but it might also have been another spirit named Orin who seemed obsessed with me and wanted to have sex with me (I was still a virgin), though he didn’t point words accurately and quickly. I awoke one night “hearing” my sister’s voice. It was only in the sense of sensing her in my mind. I didn’t awaken really but awakened in a dream state. I saw my sister standing wide-eyed and afraid in the next room. She wasn’t looking at me. I followed her gaze and saw a large man in what looked like prison attire sitting at the edge of my bed right by my feet. He was staring at me and smiling in a disgusting way. He looked almost exactly like the guy from Full Metal Jacket right before he killed himself. I knew this wasn’t a dream after my sister confirmed she had seen the same thing…though from HER perspective in the other room and was actually calling my name to warn me he was coming into the room. I never connected any of this with ZoZo, just thought that was my sister being silly, that it was all Orin or some other spirit. But now, I wonder…

After that we did not play with the board for awhile. I bought a Glow in the Dark Board and we decided to get it out, we called upon anyone that wanted to talk, we asked for PETER but Zo came instead. We began to talk to him and just began asking questions. We would say goodbye over and over. It would close but every time we tried to reopen and talk to anyone besides Zo, it wouldnt work. Only Zo. Zo controlled the board. He over powers all pretty much! Finally we gave in and began chatting with Zo. We asked about the night that he stirred up a mess at my friends house and about the person that was trying to break in. At this point the info he was giving me seemed to be very correct and I stayed a little scared of him for a while….He even asked me, ” R U SCARED” I replied, No, should I be? he’s reply was YES and I then asked how scared? He said very. Zo tries to scare people. After I got over it my husband and I continued to talk to him off and on. He became less aggressive with us and more easy to joke around with and just ask questions. HE told us that he went to hell because he had MURDERED. We asked him if u MURDER do u go straight to hell? He replied yes. HE said he isnt miserable there but he is there and that is why. We ve asked him to allow us to talk to PETER once again and he did, we asked him if PETER and him were the same and he said NO. PETER is actually from the Sun. When we did talk to PETER he did request that we promise not to speak ZoZo, because when u do that gave him enough power to take control again. We talk to Zo of and on still.We totally respect him, we believe he is real and that if u are disrespectful he will do something to you or cause you chaos in your life. I do think that your mind will mess with you bad IF U ALLOW IT TOO! Its a mental thing really. It will drive you crazy if you let it because u become so freaked out by what MIGHT happen or COULD happen. When I first did my research on ZO I totally freaked out and couldnt and wouldnt sleep in the dark for a couple of nights. I finally told myself if we were to keep playing I had to stop that and be more in control of my mind. Now, he jokes about sleeping on my husbands side of the bed and all kinda stuff. He likes to drink, he ll tell ya that. He likes to scare people, but can be pretty cool if your cool. We did ask him why he came to us and he spelled out my husbands name. (Note: before we ever tried it with our friends and met Zo, my husband kept joking and saying I wanna talk to someone from the moon.) So, I asked Zo if that was what he was talking about and he stated YES. I truly believe that the board and the entities are real. You should be very careful while using and always remember to say thank you for their time and CLOSE THE BOARD by saying goodbye! Also, I am totally against asking him or any to make them self know by touching me or anything. I can feel the power under my fingers, I do not need anymore proof! Plus things that I only know and others have asked and he has been able to tell us as a group and the info be true. I am not for sure if he can actually tell the future but he’s pretty accurate about the past, Satan knew the past but not the future, that’s why I wonder…..While speaking with ZoZo he allows us to speak to MAMA he says this is his wife….not sure if this is true but thats what he says. As anyone else been able to talk to her? She was a sister of a “good spirit” that refused to do bad, like murder. That’s what MAMA says shes in hell is for MURDER. So I take it if you dont want a one way ticket to hell….dont KILL. Just be careful….know its not just an 8 n up game sold at Wal mart. Its very real and if u are going to use, be respectful!

I played with a ouijia board for the first time when I was 10. I remember figure eights and the name zozo, but we had no clue what it ment because to us it looked like zozozozozozozo…, Whatever was in the board, it told me I would wet my bed, so I started laughing, then it said with blood. After it said that I took it outside to burn it, it burned a bluish green, and it sounded like it was hissing. The flames seemed to shape a face that I could never forget. since then ive been followed by something. Ive been in accidents where I shouldve died but I have nothing but scares. So this morning I looked up figure eights on a ouijia board, and this is the first ive heard of ZoZo. DO NOT PLAY WITH A OUIJIA BOARD. I can assure you it is not a joke. zozo never makes me scared although the first time he came to me on the board my whole entire body got the chills. my friend told him to make a noise & he banged on the door a few times. not too aggressively though. he doesn’t really say much. he comes a lot on different boards we use but he always seems to speak in latin. i ask him if you can understand english then why respond in latin? confusing right? but the other day my friends played, i refused i just sat and watched. and zozo came to the board & took control of my friends hands, the planchett came off the board and started dragging their fingers into the flame of the candle. after that he began to touch my friends tits and pussy and touch all over her body (mind you the planchett is still attached to their fingers) he kept drawing circles on the bed. he didnt want to be on the board. my friend had a rosary on, and it was like a magnetic pull. it would go to the cross so fast it was crazy. after a few times. he BROKE the rosary. and my friends were being rude to him. he tried to touch me but i just said i didnt give you permission to touch me so please dont… and he left me alone. MAMA also came that night. a couple weeks ago i played & i got zaza who also wasnt speaking english. just be calm, dont feed them the energy they want, FEAR.

I stumbled upon this by accident. I was looking up “Ouija board”…and Google brought up Ouija board zozo, which startled me, because I never searched that myself. I used to talk with ZoZo on the Ouija board, my sister and I both did…and we thought it was a friendly spirit, a half sister we never met who died in a fire. We never knew ZoZo was anything but that. She described herself as blackened or dark. She wasn’t the age she was when she died but what she would be had she lived. We had strange phenomena happen while using the board. The pointer would go Z-O-Z-O over and over again. She seemed to LOVE doing this. We thought it was just something funny she made up. But we had warnings that seemed to come from her. She would point out “D-E-V-I-L” on the board. Another rogue spirit would come on unlike her. It would write fast and accurately. On the board, something came on that called us names – called my mom a bitch, my sister a whore, and me a brat. I asked who it thought it was. It spelled out G-O-D….to which I promptly threw the board down. But other strange things happened, some that scared me, others that entranced me. It would give signs, like flipping off a flashlight on its own, making a fire roar up, bending a candle flame…and most often, tossing pennies at me when I was alone. The pennies would land without bouncing, as if they were placed there rather than thrown. Once I became angry, and it hurled a bar of soap at me, which thankfully sailed right over my head. It also scratched me. In fact, I would get these scratches even years after I stopped using the board. I might have seen ZoZo once, but it might also have been another spirit named Orin who seemed obsessed with me and wanted to have sex with me (I was still a virgin), though he didn’t point words accurately and quickly. I awoke one night “hearing” my sister’s voice. It was only in the sense of sensing her in my mind. I didn’t awaken really but awakened in a dream state. I saw my sister standing wide-eyed and afraid in the next room. She wasn’t looking at me. I followed her gaze and saw a large man in what looked like prison attire sitting at the edge of my bed right by my feet. He was staring at me and smiling in a disgusting way. He looked almost exactly like the guy from Full Metal Jacket right before he killed himself. I knew this wasn’t a dream after my sister confirmed she had seen the same thing…though from HER perspective in the other room and was actually calling my name to warn me he was coming into the room. I never connected any of this with ZoZo, just thought that was my sister being silly, that it was all Orin or some other spirit. But now, I wonder…
